Default 88 Volvo 760 IRS Nivomat Conversion Issue

Doing a Nivomat suspension conversion on a 1988 Volvo 760 with the independent rear suspension. The guide says it trailing arm should just Jack back up and it’s all good, but it’s a good bit off when I did it. I’ve tried jacking up all different sorts of points and see very little change in wear the trailing arm bracket lines up. Is there any other way I can try to line this up? Is it possible to remove the bracket? I am completely lost. I don’t know how I would even get the car on a flatbed to get towed to a shop since the trailing arm is disconnected. Any advice appreciated.

I trust you are using a line up punch (of the appropriate size) to help guide the flange into the correct position?
