Did both ABS, and CEL come on at the same time? They may be related.
These are interference engines, they require timing belt changes prior to breaking. If the timing belt breaks the valves are left where the are and the pistons will hit them with catastrophic damage to the valves, and pistons.
I am not sure of your years interval for timing belt change if you can not determine how many miles since the last change, I would change it and the tensioner, and maybe the water pump, it is right there. Search the posts for more information/horror stories on timing belts for the 960 series.
Good luck

Code 223 is in regards to the idle valve. 113/115 are bank 1 and bank 2 of the injectors, they may be missing a ground also, sometime the relay located on the driverside fender might be a little sticky. You can swap it with the ignition relay next to it, both use the same part numbers, the injector relay pulls more energy so it is usually the first to go.
That might do the trick for you.
Also, when reading codes you have to read the first code twice so that it can be erased.

Read the codes making sure you read the first code a second time, push the button longer than 5 seconds, release wait for a steady glow on the light, push again for longer than 5 seconds, the light should go off.
You then can try to read the codes again, if all is okay than the read should be 1-1-1.

Here is a word document that has all codes, I found at a site on the web.
Too large for this site to up load, it is only a 105k file at that.
