Default 95 960 question

Hi, as stated I have a 95 960 wagon. It has been sitting for a while in my garage as my daughter got clipped as she was pulling out of a parking lot, and a guy switched lanes at the same time. The damage was not overwhelming, just a dented bumper, the very corner of the hood is peeled up a little, and the bumper cover got ripped off.

I just did the timing belt, water pump, tensioner, and pulleys the other day, which was a lot easier than I expected considering I had never done one.

I replaced the drivers side ball joint and the sway bar links as they were all bad.

My problem now is that the drivers side is sitting almost an inch lower then the passenger side, and the bumper will not hang straight. The bracket that is welded to the frame on the drivers side was a little bent, and I got it mostly straight, but it did not appear to be bent downward or anything, and the small spot welds that are about 6 inches from the plate are not even broken. I originally thought that maybe the coil spring was broken, but that would not prevent the bumper from hanging in place correctly. Any thoughts or advise on this problem would be appreciated.

Are you talking about the car or the bumper??? That's real hard to say without seening it on and off. If you have it all hooked up, maybe you can put a 2x4 under that side, jack it up (under the lower part of the bumper) to see if it will straighten up. Sounds like there is some other minor damage as well, maybe not worry about it.
