Can anyone tell me where the ignition modules are located. My no 2 coil is not getting a pulse, my test light shows steady, no blink when put on the positive wire at the coil.
Here is the one that is located on the left side of the engine, next to the throttle body. The other module is located somewhere at the back of the motor, according to my mechanic.
I have located both of them, one forward and on to the rear on the drivers side attached to the intake . The rear most fires the even numberd plugs, the front, odd number plugs. Thanks to all who assisted.
That's not the ignition control module, that has something to do with air intake. The module is just below and on the front of it, as for the other one...it's directly on the other side facing the firewall
I wish someone would post pictures of where they are, I have located one...and of course that's the one that is fine....I need the one that controls the even number., the picture above isn't even a ignition control unit
First two pictures are of the odd 1,3,5, right behind the alternator facing the front of the car, the last picture is the even 2,4,6. which is directly on the other side of the other, i took the picture from underneath my 1997 960.
