Default Aftermarket Radio in 97 960

I pulled an aftermarket radio from an old Ford Explorer and wanted to know if it would fit into my Volvo 960? It is a NITRO BMWx-3.2, and honestly I can find little-to-none info about that radio. My 960 already has an aftermarket radio in it also, and has a radio case(I don't remember the name of what the case is called). Will be able to try in a few days to put it in, but wanted to have my question answered so I don't get confused later. My dash is currently waiting to be put back in after a heater coil replacement, so not able to put it in yet.

just make sure you splice over the correct radio adapter. Since you already have an aftermarket radio, just clip off the old adapter and solder on the one from the "new" radio
the wires almost always are a straight match (eg. red-red, blue-blue) but you will probably want to try to locate the radios user manual or ask a local shop.
