is there any way to swap in a serpentine belt setup or did volvo ever make a factory serpentine pully for the crank and wp? looking for k6 components to run an eaton in a twin charged setup...

no ideas anyone?

well how about this..
does the 16v version of this block run a serpentine belt? or is it also v-belt? i would imagine that the 16v version ran very similar components for the crank and rods and stuff..

how about 5 cyl? did they have similar blocks? serpentine?

im just tossing ideas around like i've said before im a complete newb to volvos but have had many many many early liquid cooled vw's... built some fast hot hatches.. this volvo will be easy to build with the right info. i've already found alot and used alot of info from here.. but i hope im not getting to technical here.. all i need is a WP serpentine pulley and a crank serpentine pulley for my 84 B23FT.. im twin charging this motor and stuffing it and its manual trans into my 73 142...

take a look over on turbobricks.com There's a guy doing an s/c setup right now. Pretty long write up too. Never really understood the attraction of non turbo superchargers on a car that was already sold as turbo'd. Seems like a lot of work for negligible gains over a turbosupercharger now referred to as a turbocharger.
