Hello,

Just got my first volvo. 1990 760 turbo.

Problem. Heater fan blower will not work. Have removed motor and jumped with the car battery. Motor works fine.

Question: What next?

We will need a little more info.

Do you have Ecc or Mcc? ECC=Electronic climate control MCC= Manual climate control

Do you have power at the motor at any fan speed?

Have you checked the fuse yet?

I would pull the climate module and check for power at the Fan switch.
