I accidently knocked the passenger side power mirror on my '97 960 while clearing snow off the windshield and I broke the pivot assembly.
So now it's only being held on by what's left of the pivot post that goes inside the bottom of the assembly and the power harness.
Is there an easy way to fix this or will I need a new mirror housing or mirror support or both?

Entire mirror. I tried to use a few different glues to hold one up before but it didn't last long nor did it hold it straight.

 

Understood but what about the bracket? I thought that the post was a part of the bracket. Yes/no?
