Can anyone identify this vacuum line?
I just got my 1996 Volvo 960 Sedan an automatic transmission transplant with new PNP switch. After aligning the switch so it turned over in Neutral and Park and lit the Backup lights, the car cranked but failed to start. Checked spark and fuel and both were good.
The mechanic threw a vacuum pressure tester on it and sure enough, there was a huge leak coming from a broken vacuum hose. He pinpointed the broken hose but says he can't figure out where it goes. Without going into his credentials, lets just say I learned a lesson. However, that still leaves me with a perfectly good 960 that won't start. Can anyone identify from the attached photos where the broken line is supposed to go.
Kudos! and Thanks! to anyone who can!
