Default Cel 1995 960

Hey folks, really need some assistance. I really love Volvo's can would take the bus before driving a Toyota lol, anyway I just purchased a 1995 Volvo 960. Car runs FLAWLESSLY. But the CEL is on, I found the OBD 1 connector and pulled the codes. They came in this very order:

233 Idle valve signal closing
212 O2 sensor front
223 Idle valve signal
314 Camshaft sensor

I reset the codes with the OBD connector, NOT by removing my battery.
Drove around the block and CEL returns, return to the house and 314 pops up again. No starting or running problems. Buuuut in Texas I cannot get it inspected with the CEL on and plus I don't want to waste fuel if I am. Where should I begin. I plan on replacing the O2 sensor though. Any advice you HELP!!!

Thanks

Just curious if you ever received an answer? I don't have any input, but am always looking for potential issues that I can resolve. I'm also in Texas and just replaced my MAF so I can get rid of the CEL too.
