my 1988 760 sedan turbo has power locks but the one on the drivers side doesnt work. any one know how to fix and or replace it?

Its really not that bad once you get the door panel off.

i stick in the key and it wont turn in the lock

Is it like ther rod isn't hooked up or like it is seized?

the key goes in fine but it just wont turn it was fine then all of a suddon it didnt work so now i can only opent he passenger doorjavascript:void(AddText('[:@]'))

First thing to do would be remove the door panel and disconnect the rod from the lock cylinder then try. If the key move good then the lock assembly is bad. If it still wont move then the lock cylinder is bad.
