Default Drain plugs??

So, when I last changed the engine oil on my '95 960, I used a new aluminum crush washer I got from Pelican Parts, and my engine drain plug leaked non-stop. Does anybody know of a replacement crush washer that won't leak? Perhaps one of those rubber-lined ones? I also need one for the trans drain plug asap. Thanks!!

Well, fwiw, I grabbed one of the green 'synthetic' (looks like a compressed paper-like material to me) drain plug gaskets from advanced autoparts. We'll see how well this one works....

The washers I use when I change them, which is not often, come with the MANN filters, made of brass-don't have problems with those. BTW, don't use too much force-that may be your problem. And also, I'd stay away from rubber or paper based drain plugs washers.
