Has anybody ever had issues with their factory alarms? Mine in my '95 960 just went off twice in about an hour in my driveway for no reason whatsoever. It's got me a little concerned that it's going to go off again when I'm out somewhere and kill my battery. The last thing I want to do is remove the alarm, but if there's a problem, and it can't be fixed right away.....

 

I have never had a problem but I did read about someone that did. Can you turn it off? Unlock the door, get in the passenger side, lock the car and get out of the passenger side, that should be a way around arming the alarm.

The alarm should reset itself after 15 seconds of alarming. Must be a bad door latch or something like that.
