Default Grinding brakes

We have a '96, 960 which we have owned since it was new. At the beginning of the year, the brakes started grinding. Since then, the car has been to the dealer three times to correct this. The rotors, pads, and anything else the dealer could think of has been replaced. The grinding is still present and the dealer says that they cannot come up with any other ideas. I am tired of my passengers asking me, "What is that noise?" every time I stop the car, and I am most certainly not happy hearing it either. Any ideas?

Did they inspect the e-brake shoes?

+1. If everything else has been changed it sounds like an adjustment of the emergency brake is warranted.
