Help-760 turbo - dash lights burnt out

Default Help-760 turbo - dash lights burnt out

Hey, i have a 1984 volvo 760 turbo. The dash lights are burnt out and im not sure how to access the bulb to change it. I know where the screws are to loosen and take out the whole dash, but im not sure how long the wires are or if i pull to far if i will break something? Thank you any help is greatly appreciated.

Well i figured out how to change the lights and still nothing. do any of you know what the problem could be? Is it possible the rheostat is bad?
