My 960, V90 Wagon has a high pitch loud wining sound during acceleration. It does not seem to change pitch and is not present at any other time. I know that there is a code for the idle air control motor. It ohms out Okay but the voltage from the circuit is too low. It should be between 6 to 8 Vdc and is at 4 Vdc. I checked all connections from the EMC to the motor and nothing looked bad. Any Suggestions?????
