Hi everyone, hope someone here can help.

I have, and i love a Volvo 960 3.0 Estate 1995. 130,000 miles on the clock and going great, everything works perfectly, apart fromthe front end. i bought the car 3 yrs ago, and one of the first things i replace were the Anti Roll bar drop links, sway bars i think you call them in the US.

Fast forward to now, 3 steering racks (aftermarket) then a genuine Volvo one fitted courtesty of aftermarket company, fitted by Volvo. New parts fitted in the last month include:

New Strut Top Bearings
New Anti Roll Bar Drop links
New Anti Roll Bar Bushes
Bottom Ball Joints
Track Rod Ends and new Rack with tie rods
New lower front suspension arms.
New front Calipers, discs and pads
New front Caliper Retainers and pins
ALL VOLVO PARTS

So, the problem is, turn steering rack, groan from top of struts, car constantly clunking at front, not load, just annoying. Put my hand on strut top and bounce car and can feel movement, turn steering, can feel unsmooth motion.

Garage thought clunking from from was caliper pins, but theyre all new and its still doing it. I constantly get the feeling its the actual struts themselves as there is nothing left on the front suspension that is old.

Please help, i'll even email someone the sound!
