Lights Stuck On... Help!
My hazard lights are staying on (not flashing) every once in a while - even when I turn off the ignition and remove the key. The hazard lights on the dash stay illuminated, and the rear backup lights and front turn signal lamps stay on, too.
Cycling the engine on and off will eventually get them to shut off, but sometimes it takes one cycle, sometimes seven.
I checked both front turn signal lamps -- they have bulb bases with 2 contact points-- and both contacts are still separate (no mashing together). I checked the rear lamps and they are single point bases. I tapped on all the relays to no avail when the lights were on and eventually had to pull fuse #17 to keep my battery from being drained overnight.
Does anyone know what's wrong? My search for solutions has hit a dead end!

Guys,
The hazard switch wasn't the problem. i purchased a new one off of ebay and installed it, and it didn't solve the problem.
I need help on this one, as I'm at a loss.

Did you take out the switch and see if that solved the problem BEFORE you bought a new one? Somehow I think you might have missed that step... So, that new switch made no difference at all?
If it's not the flasher switch, I'd look at the ignition switch itself. Those things tend to produce these kinds of effects. It's actually a fairly easy part to change on your car, and the part itself is not that expensive--talking about the plastic switch behind the key lock. The fact that recycling the switch eventually fixes the issue points that way.
