Thanks for the tip. I'll definitely keep that in mind. Recently I ordered a suspension kit (fairly bulky and heavy item) from Oregon on the west coast and I'm in Virginia. Free economy shipping was 4-10 business days and the next step up was $9.95 standard shipping 1-6 business days, something like that. Since the shipping was such a small percentage of the total cost in my case (approx. $365 + shipping) I opted for the $9.95 shipping and sure enough it got here in about 4 business days. I find from other internet purchases that the free shipping often means the order sits for days before it is ever shipped, not that the actual shipping itself takes way longer to occur once it leaves the vendor's place of business. Usually I'll take the free shipping unless my car is sitting waiting for parts. :-)
