Default noisy steering

Hello,
I recently bought a used 96 960 wagon and the steering seems to be unnecessarily tight and the steering makes a clicking noise at every 180 degree turn. I've been searching online for a (new or used) lower steering joint. (1)Does anyone know where to get one? and (2) do you think this will loosen up the steering once fixed?

Thanks

Default Noisy Steering

I believe the power steering works. It doesn't "squeak" the way faulty power steering pumps do.

How tight is tight? Can you turn the wheel with one hand? Two fingers? What kind of car did you use to drive?
