Oil seal leaks

I have a '90 760 wagon. It is leaking some oil, apparently both from the front seals and the rear main. I'm looking for the procedures to fix these, to decide if it is worth it.

Rear main seal requires the transmission to be lowered or the motor to be lifted. Is the car turbo?

Yes, it is a turbo.
