Default Passenger headlights significantly dimmed

Hi fellow Volvo people. I have a '84 760 GLE Turbo. When I bought the car from the previous owner, there has been a tad annoyance with the headlights. The basic synopsis is that when I turn the headlights on, the passenger side (American, if you were sitting inside it) headlights are significantly dimmer than the ones on the left.

Furthermore, if I turn on the high beams, it dims the low beam to the point of just being barely lit, and then the high beam doesn't even appear to be working at all. I've glanced the wires over, and they look fine. I've also replaced all 4 halogen lamps - x2 low beams, and x2 high beams, and noticed no significant improvement with the problem. I was wondering if this is normal since the battery is on the opposite side, and the wire has to carry it to the other side of the car, or maybe the first two bulbs (drivers) nearest to the battery are using a majority of the juice before it reaches the other side?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot for reading my post!

Default RE: Passenger headlights significantly dimmed

Problem solved, replaced two 25 amp fuses with 15 amp ones per volvo fusebox diagram.
