Hi-

Passenger seat will not move at all, in any direction, including seat back. Is that normally a switch issue, or a motor issue? No noise or movement when applying the controls at all. Just wondering if it is more common for the switch to go bad or the motor.

They have a STOP button on the controls. That is likely pressed.
