Default radiator leak in 960

I had to replace the radiator in my 960 wagon, 1997, with a generic model. I was traveling and clipped a tire tread which damaged the first radiator and was subject to what the truck stop mechanics could find to replace it. I paid over 600.00 for it. Within a year it started to leak at the caps and connections. my local mechanic, who is also my neighbor, replaced some hoses and clamped the connections. Now it is leaking again from a connection. Volvo dealer said to replace it and the foreign car mechanic, the real ones said to replace it . However, I'm wondering if Stop Leak can help it, or am I subject to putting another 600.00 to have it replaced a second time?

Search around for the best deal.

I wouldn't use the Stop Leak It may clog the rest of the system.

just get your radiator a new replacement. just look for a reliable dealer that won't charge you with lots of $$$. try ebay or online parts stores..
