Default searching for idle

My '92 965 is "searching" for an idle (ranging from near stall-500rpm- to 1700 rpm) after having had new timing belt, and tope end rebuild and new rear main seal.....anybody know why and how to fix?

Check all the vacuum pipes for leaks or loose connections.

Check O2 sensor.....?! Usually,if you have already looked for Vac. leaks that's the place where I would go.
Take care & good luck.
