Transmission fluid change?

How hard is it to change the transmission fluid on a 760? What kind of fluid does it take?
New to volvos.

Remove the drain plug and let it drain out. Then install new ATF Dextron III.

You could change the filter if you really wanted to.
I have seen cars with 200,000 miles and never a filter change just the Fluid.
