Default turn signal stuck on

Hello! I have a 1996 960 and the the left turn signal is staying on when I flip the signal switch to turn left. The right signal flashes fine but now the left light is stuck on. Please let me know what to do. Thanks!!

Default RE: turn signal stuck on

Check the front turn signal bulbs. The end contacts melt over time and melt together and cause both elements to stay on at the same time.

I second the response above - I had the same issue recently due to the contacts on a bulb fusing together.

The older bulb causes all kinds of lighting issues. See this post: https://volvoforums.com/forum/showth...parking+lights

Default turn signal

That's quite an intriguing issue because many are encountering it. Try letting a mechanic check on it. Maybe there could be a faulty or loose wiring on the turn signal switch.
