Right turn signal stuck and not blinking
I have a 1992 Volvo 850 with 440k kilometres on it.
Recently my right turn signal has stopped working. It just doesn't go out. Hazard light is not working either (I assume because of the issue with right turn signal).
If I disconnect a hazard switch completely the problem still exists. I tried to do the same with turn signal switch (under the steering wheel, on the left), front and rear harnesses and instrument panel in turn. The same. Right signal is lit.
I checked all the lamps and their compartments. They are working properly and don't have any issues.
The only thing I can't check is the branching point 23/208 (see the diagram)

I just can't find it
I believe, it is under the fuses box, but it's not easy to remove, so I'd like to be sure. And if it is the right place for it, how can I remove the fuses box? Can somebody give any tips on this?

Did you check the flasher relay? Not sure about your model year but on the later 850s I believe its in the center console accessible behind the radio. Should be a three prong relay towards the left side...
Sure. Checked the thing first of all. The problem persists even if I disconnect it completely. I believe, it means that I have wires shorted to +12 somewhere outside the relay.
Found the branching point today. It appeared to be right inside the harness under the sterring wheel.
The issue is with 10/16 bulb's wires. Disconnected it for now and turn signals are working again except of this small bulb on the right fender. Couldn't trace this wire without removing the fender. The weather is cold.
Can somebody tell me where this wire goes and how to repair it without disassembling all the car?
