Winter is around the corner here in Canada, and it's getting so I can barely drive the thing to school, I have to keep a dishcloth in the car to wipe down the windshield at red lights!!

Basically, the climate control packed it in, not all at once though, but slowly things just started to go wrong with it. It lost vacuum pressure (I couldn't hear any hissing, so it seemed more like a complete loss to me instead of a leak.) and the system failed safe and directed all of the air out the defrost and foot vents.

At that point it didn't matter to me, but shortly after the blower motor stopped blowing. As it stands now, the climate control unit is practically lifeless in every way, except for the panel which lights up with the rest of the dash lights when you turn the headlights on. I pulled the unit out and removed the top of it to have a look at what was up, and I couldn't see anything terribly wrong with the unit itself that could lead to the problem.

I'm stumped, and running out of time fast!

any help would be appreciated.
