They're easy as pie so nothing to add. Please check your grammar and spelling. "Writting an article..." vs "Writing and article...". Misspelled words harm your credibility.

What year is your 960? Mine is a '93 960 and I am going to venture down this timing belt path real soon. Thanks for the post!

You should mention that there is a timing mark on each cam shaft and should also be visible in your photos. Differentiate between accessory belt and timing belt, idler pulley and tensioner pulleys for timing and accessory belts. Add more photos with more detail and better lighting. Show some shots as the procedure is performed by the steps.

Hello,

I'm new here...hope this is a good thread to post this question here.

I am 1993 960 wagon. It needs a timming belt and other bits. They engine was changed slightly 1993 mid year production. The sticker on the enginge is gone. How can I tell which engine it is? The VIN is YV1KW9500P0013890. Thank you mike

My timing mark was in the valley between the teeth. It is a '94.

I've done a couple of these and about the timing marks, they never really lined up for me, so I say just align the crank shaft and mark the cams with some paint. But you are right I should mention them anyways.
