Hi-

I have a weird rattle/klunk that I think is coming from the front end. Checked it out, and I do not see anything obviously wrong. Question is, is there anything that is a "typical" failure on the 960 sedan that would cause the klunk? It is definitely a suspension type noise, and not and engine noise. Just about to hit 100K, 97 960.

Sway bar links,Control arm bushings,struts.

 

I've got the same problem, front left tire...Happens when I turn the steering wheel past a certain point going left, and every time I hit a bump on the left or right side...let me know what happens with it...

 

On mine it's the CV boot.
