youngone,

Check all the bulbs in the left rear tailight.
I was having problems with bulbs blowing often and weird issues..turned out the local parts place had a catalog with the WRONG bulbs listed for the car. (94' Turbo Sedan)

First place to look is the fuse block under the hood. Check each fuse to be good and of the correct amperage. It is tedious but I would go fuse by fuse.

Post more details as to radio/AC issue. DO you have the electronic climate control or manual?

I checked all the fuses with the manual and they were all in the correct spot except one for the radio...i put it in the correct place but it made no difference, and all the bulbs are fine, i even switched both the brake bulbs from the left and right side but it made no difference at well. What should be my next step?

Does anything light on the left side?
Running lights
Brake lights
Backup lights
Turn signals
Rear fogs

If they are all out you may have lost your ground. Bottom line, your going to need a test light to really figure this out. Since the fuses are good and the bulbs are good.

I am just clarifying, here is what you have...

1. The Rear left Brake lamp will not light when the brakes are pressed but the right side does light when the brakes are pressed.

2. The Front left turn signal will not flash when the left turn signal is engaged but the rear left turn signal does flash.

Actually i just fixed the back left brake lights, after changing all the bulbs with new ones...and replacing the fuse, soooo now MY problem is the left turning signal, it will not turn on at all.
