Where is the relay block exactly? i have been told it's in the dashboard, but how do i access it?

 

there is one under the dashboard drivers side you have to remove that plastic panel below the steering wheel to access. there is one behind the fuse block under the hood, you just have to use i think a T25 bit to pull the box cover off youll see the relays in the back
