do standard obdII readers work on the 95 model year

It will only work for the engine portion as well. But you can read real time data to.

I have a 94' with full OBDII it does all emissions/engine and everything only thing I can't figure out how to clear is service light, but if yours has an OBDII port consider yourself lucky, I do. So useful

No, for sure 96' and 97' have them, most/ some of 95' like mine has it, not sure about 94', but 93' doesn't have it.

There is also a VERY FEW rare 93's with it as well.
