What is the difference between $205 Nissen Rad and $295 Behr Rad.

 

I would go with the Nissen one IMO Nissen is way better.

 

Thank you for the input. How do you tell if your water pump is working fine without doing pressure test? The temperature would rise would it not or just the pressure in the radiator. I did not change it when I went and changed timing belt and pulleys

 

If you see flow in the coolant bottle then the water pump should be fine.
I had a S80 yesterday that the impeller was broke on and it kept pushing coolant out of the bottle.

 

What kind of flow? Not exactly sure. If the pump is not working, would it cause the pressure to go up and the temp also?

 

Yes it would. But the heater hoses to the firewall would also be cool and not heat coming out of the dash.
