Question 1995 850 Turbo Wagon dies on half tank

I bought a '95 Turbo Wagon a month or so ago and the car dies intermittently whenever it gets to around 10-11 gallons in the tank. I cleaned my MAF sensor first because I figured it couldn't hurt, and it seemed to help a little bit at first. I have also replaced the fuel filter, which hasn't done anything unfortunately. I've wondered about the fuel pump, but I'm not sure if that would really cause it to die intermittently or not. Anyhow, if anyone knows of common issues like this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Ck your fuel pressure when it dies; if it's going down (spec is around 43 psi) when engine dies, and it always happens when tank is at or below halfway point, then most likely the fuel pump. You should troubleshoot with a VOM to make sure it's not the fuel pump relay.

What Gdog said.

When you pulled the filter did you check to see how plugged it was, try to blow through ??
Did you notice how the gas coming out of the filter looked ??
When it dies how long does it take for it to restart ??

Weak pump or relay is what I'm thinking.

When I replaced the filter the fuel that came through was clean and I could blow through it easily. I'm definitely going to look intro the pump and relay, just need to locate the relay itself.

It's under the fuse panel. You take out the four screws in the corners.
