Greetings

My Volvo 850 quit running suddenly. I have no spark from the coil and can not detect any power to the coil.
We have had alot of rain lately and I noticed that both my drain tubes above the firewall were clogged and there was alot of water under the plastic cover around the base of the windshield. I am wondering if this could have killed a vital electrical component.

Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

Is it turbo or non-turbo?

Are you able to retrieve trouble codes from OBD-I? See attached for code retrieval.

And unclog the drain lines.

Let’s start from there.

cam position sensor.....happend to me with the same characteristics
