I just bought my 1995 850 and she has a few problems. Nothing too major, but they need attention
Parking brake light stays on, while parking brake is disengaged. Parking brake is fully functional otherwise.
ABS light comes on while driving (I'm guessing the ECU?)
Power driver seat is sluggish and vibrates while moving
Any ideas?

most likely the parking brake problem would be in the micro switch by the lever under the center console, you'll have to remove the center consle to check it out. the switch may be stuck in one position mechanicly or the contacts may be bad in the switch. Remove the console and physically check the switch and chjeck it with an ohm meter. It may need cleaning or need replacement.
Instructions to remove center console in sticky that deals with evaporator replacement in this forum.
ABS does a self diagnostics while moving and if there's a problem it will turn on the light, this problem could vary from bad sensors a bad control unit or somethin as simple as a dirty abs rotor on one of the wheels. Before going any further you can check the rotors to see if they're gummed up.
as far as your seat goes it could be lack of lubrication or a broken part, take the seat out and have a look at the rails..
