Default 1995 Volvo 850 won't start

Car won't start. It does turn over, but doesn't try to start at all (no pops/exhaust noises).

Had hood open in rain showing it to someone, they got in it to start it, it ran for a few seconds and died. So may be related to that?

I have replaced the spark plugs.

The battery is new and charged.

I have sprayed starter fluid in the intake.

It still will not start.

Currently have intake breather removed and spark plugs removed to air it out in case it is flooded.

Very frustrated and at a loss. You guys always helped me keep my 740 Turbo going, please help me with this.

How wet did everything get?
Have you pulled the cap to see if something burnt up?
did the CPS get soaked?
How about your ecu, did that get wet?
Do you have any spark at all?

Things didn't get soaked by any means, not a downpour, just drizzled.

Have not pulled the cap. Will do that next.

Not sure if I have spark or not. It is turning over, battery is fully charged.

It may be the ignition coil?

I just replaced cap and rotor and ignition wire.

I have power below it (the red and blue wires), but no spark from coil wire.

How could I tell if it is this or the camshaft position sensor?

My guess would be the CPS. The rain had nothing to do with it. I hose my engine down all the time.

Wouldn't I still have spark if it was the CPS?
