Default 850 angel eyes need some help

hi guys i have finally got my angel eyes to show off the halo effect. the problem is when my light switch is on daytime running it is the low beam and halo effect that is on instead of just the halo effect. i talked to a guy at ipd.com and he says there is a tiny screw that i can depress on the light switch and i can program which lights will be on by turning this tiny screw, but mine is actually looks like a tiny button does not look like i can turn it.has anyone ever played with this screw/button? mine is on the bottom right hand corner.

I'm not sure. What year is your car? You can ship them to me, I will install them and tell you how they work best. Then you can get another set and be set.

you'll probably want to use a jewelers screwdriver... it's definitely a small slot that you have to turn.

Go to a junk yard and pull a switch that has the set screw in it. Swap switches and you will be set. That's what I did.

Canadian vs. USA models. The daytime running lights are mandatory up north so there is no option on Canadian spec cars to do this. So chances are, you won't find the switch your looking for at a junk yard local to you.

You should look over on Volvospeed in the classifieds section to see if you can find somebody in the USA with the correct spec light switch that you want. Or call up V&S auto dismantelers in California to get the part.

Ask this guy if he has the light switch. He's parting out a '96 850R...
