850 door handles - missing pieces

850 door handles - missing pieces
Alright, picked up an 850 last weekend, intro thread here
Trying to get things squared away with the car, to bring it back up to snuff. One of the issues is the missing drivers door handle, and a broken rear drivers side handle.
I was able to source a new used handle for the drivers door and went to install yesterday. That's when I noticed something wasn't quite right...
circled is what mine looks like. Does anyone know if it's possible to replace just that piece, or do I need to take the door apart and replace everything?
