Default 850 no power problem

I have a 1993 volvo 850 with a 5-speed manual, and for some time now i've been having se problems with the acceleration. Sometimes when i release the clutch, the car won't accelerate that fast, untill I release the gas and press it again, sometimes it accelerates fine. But today, while going up a hill, I was going 75, but on the uphill, the car started slowing down, so I down shifted to fourth, but it was still slowing down, so I down shifted to third, but I was still slowing down. I was going 45 in the freeway, and the car was still slowing down, in third gear while I was stepping on it!! Well the fuel pump is new as of November of last year, so I don't know what the problem might be, so any help would be greatly appreceated.

I kinda figured that. But today as I was driving a long way home, I realized that my car will not go over 40 on the freeway, even though I was in 3rd gear. So after awile, I got tired of going too slow so I pulled over and after I stopped the car had a rolling idle. So I turned off the car and opened the hood, and thinking it was the maf and I dissconected it. The car ran well after that, but it stalled whenever I stoped. So I'm about 95% it's the maf, could it possibly be something else also?

A maf is a mass air flow sensor, and if u have a similar problem, I would start by checking that sensor

So I changed the maf yesterday and now the car runs great and the studdering and rolling idle dissapered, that is until I turn on the AC. If the ac is on and I try to take off from a stop, sometimes the car feels like it's not going anywhere, and nomater how hard I press the gas the car whont speed up, also as I relese the clutch, sometimes the car feels a little jumpy and studders. But if I turn off the ac the car rurns fine, so now idk what the problem might be, but I'm kinda suspecting the clutch
