That program is called VADIS. You can buy a copy from e-bay(But might get screwed) or download from a file sharing site.

Well I put a new ignition switch in and tried to start it nothing. Then I realized that I had left the cam sensor back up, tried it again she fired up and purred like a kitten.
Thank you everyone for your help.
Thank god the garage is mine again.
