850 Radio code not working???????

850 Radio code not working???????
Hey I just bought a new 850 wagon and went down to the dealer and got the code for the radio I did the 2 hrs with the key on position 1 and entered the code (4563) and the unit displayed EEEE then went back to OFF after 3 tries.
Its a 94 850 with the cd and tape head unit as well as a cd changer.
I am frustrated. any help would be great.
