850 s70 auto trans interchange!??
Hi, Ive got a 1998 s70 and with a very bad auto trans, and I'd like know if the good trans from my 97 850 parts car will interchange.. Any help on this matter would be super cool! I think each of these cars had an optional 5 speed auto but I'm not sure and I'm also not sure how to determine this--or maybe I'm just dreaming! Thanks in advance! Look forward to hearing back!!! It should work fine.
On the top of the transmission is a black plate telling you the transmission model number.
Match them between the 2 cars to make sure they are the same and you should be good to go.
