Questions like this, best thing to do is just go to any parts site, FCP for example and cross reference the part numbers. Asking if parts swap over is incredibly vague. Some do, some don't.
An S70 master cylinder and booster isn't going to improve your brakes unless yours is worn out. If you want to know if they will fit your car, do as I said, cross reference the numbers.

Hey what engine will work in my 95 Volvo 850 2.3l turbo engine what other engines will work for my car I am blowing tons of white smoke after head and hg replacement head went to machine shop wasn’t warped replaced seals and they milled it 2 thousandth of an inch any help would be greatly appreciated and if anyone has a engine that would work I have cash money

All the 2.3 turbos from when they started making them until 1998 are compatible, but there are a few little differences that would affect fitment, like the way the oil cooler is made, and the outlet flange on the turbo got revised. Some of them have EGR and some don't. You could transfer the right stuff from your bad engine to the new one and solve all that.
