1997 Volvo 850 non turbo, auto transmission

Intermittently throws codes "197707 read codes at 341 and at 332" (from Volvo dealer shop).

Going over bump when not shifting seems to trigger codes and blinking light. Transmission wasn't shifting or anything, just going down the road.
Tranny doesn't make any noise, and shifts and performs normally using manual shift

What are chances that I have a TCM problem or wiring harness problem rather than the lockup solenoid problem (please confirm these codes are for the lock up solenoid)

I noted an earlier post that said that putting the key in, shifting from Park to Low 10 times stopped the blinking....a reply said that doing the shifting probably didn't fix anything...that a switch was going bad. Any ideas as to which switch and where? Thanks again in advance

 

I'm having the same problem wuth my 94 automatic non-turbo, just started this morning.. the manual just says contact dealer.. it's shifting OK and revving normally.

anyone have any insight?
