Is there a flasher or any other relay for the turn signals, besides the hazard light switch?

I don't think so, what's the problem?

 

tried replacing hazard switch, still on
unplugged hazard still on
unplugger turn signal, still on
checked all buld and replaced with new, curcuit wasn't interupted, still on
wiggled key, still on, mine has to be turned back slightly for elctronics to work.
where are the grounds located at. thats what I think the only thing I have left to check, i think

 

When you say still on, is it a turn signal (left or right) or is it the emergency flashers and all four corners of the car are flashing ??
