850R Transmition

Have any of you guys had yoursreplaced or rebuilt? my transmition is on its way out were should i go to get it done or buy one is there any thing i can do to it performance wise other than a transmition cooler. thanks

also is the 850 R series tranny the same as just the 850 turbo?
