850R Turbo failure

850R Turbo failure
on two occasions now, 850R starts, but no power/accel. If guage tells me anything, turbo not "engagin"
Mass air sensor? "Frozen" turbo? Both times are after sitting at my office in Minnesota.

I would think Mass Air sensor first, or disconnected/broken vacuum hose, but both should trigger a check engine light. IS the light on or have you checked for any codes in the computer?
